  First, I want to state that the positive of the condo was the property manager, Teresa, who lives two doors down. She was so nice and helpful. The building, overall, needs a major facelift. It is outdated and in need of desperate repair. I took a picture of the light outside the condo I rented, dangling with exposed wires, which was disconcerting to say the least. However, I don't see anywhere to post the pictures I took on this review site. The condo, itself, was just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the condo worked well with my two westies; dog friendly, which was important to us. The bathtub would not drain due to not having an incline when installed, so water stood in the bathtub while taking a shower. The kitchen was bare minimum with items. The can opener was on its last leg and with one use, it broke, but we replaced it with a nicer 'model' for the next renters. The pool area was under repair in the portion that was indoors; it was taped off with caution tape. We didn't use the pool at all, we are more beach people, but the pool seemed small for the number of tenants in the building. The location is good, but without major renovations and upgrades, we will not be making a return visit.

  Great location to the beach. Better for 2, the couch “bed” was very uncomfortable. Balcony has water dripping down from upstairs air conditioner. Floors had sand and pet hair when we arrived. No cleaning supplies were available except for a broom. Wish there was a vacuum and a mop. Stocked well with towels, big bedroom but had a slight musty odor. Overall not bad

  Pet friendly, right on the beach. Clean and plenty of sleeping space available. Perfect for family stay.

  This was a very nice Condo on the beach, nice and clean, bed was comfortable, amenities near by. The lock on the door was very confusing at first, but we finally got the hang of it, we would love to stay there again one day, my son lives in Myrtle Beach so we may use you again!! Thanks for your service.

  My husband and I (with our dog) stayed at this rental for a long weekend. We were very pleased with the overall property and our stay. It was very clean and had the amenities that we needed. The rental was also on the corner, which made it very quiet. The walk to the beach was only a couple minutes and the overall area of the property was quiet and safe as well. It was within a 15 minute drive of the strip, shopping areas, etc. Parking was always available and we had access to the large pool nextdoor. Our property manager Teresa was also very nice and helpful, and responsed to our messages quickly. I would highly recommend staying in this rental if you're looking for something quiet, clean, and affordable!
