    This “resort condo” is filthy and disgusting, AND IT WREAKS of cigarette smoke and mildew. I have been coughing all morning, and when we made it to the room at 1am, I couldn’t even put my kids to bed because all the bed linens were covered in hair, bodily fluids, food (maybe), and lots of other “particles” that should not be on a clean bed. There’s hair EVERYWHERE!!! Stained towels, an almost empty tissue roll and half of a paper towel roll, used shampoo with hair closed into the bottle, a huge pile of wet hair that appears to have been recently shaved (drain was still wet), an exposed hot water set up, a dirty microwave, no balcony light (there’sa fixture, but no bulb), a washer/dryer combo thing that makes the loudest noise I’ve ever heard an appliance make. The list could go ON AND ON. I am so angry. Contacted the 24/7 customer service and have not heard back from them outside the initial communication. They said there would be an escalation to have this nasty place cleaned up in the morning. It’s about to be noon and not another peep. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! Make sure you ALWAYS check for good ratings/reviews.

    - We'd like to emphasize that we personally cleaned the condo prior to your arrival, taking extra care to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay. We confirmed it was spotless before your arrival. Our goal is to provide a pristine environment for our guests to enjoy.
    - In regards to smoking, we have "no smoking" signs within the condo as a gentle reminder to our guests that smoking is strictly prohibited. There was no smoke smell when we were there. We want to maintain a fresh and healthy atmosphere for everyone's comfort.
