Our vacation
5/5 We had a wonderful time, room was clean and convenient to local area. It has to large balcony’s that are nice. My only complaint is there is not a lot of dishes, we had 9 of us and we had to get some plastic cups and bowls so everyone would have something to use. Also a couple of kitchen towels and potholders would be good. But we had a great time I would go back here again.

Poor cleaning job
3/5 The location was great and the description of the unit pretty accurate. The unit is older and in need of a renov which was ok...However, it was not clean. There were finger prints on the slider, heavy dust on the furniture/art, grease in the microwave, and crud/water around the kitchen faucet.

DON’T stay here! 504 ocean 1405 a/b
1/5 Filthy, Grimey, plumbing issues, no security. Unsafe! VRBO needs to start walking properties before allowing postings on their site. Travelling ftom other places, we need someone we can trust. VRBO failed on that mark.

Great ocean view
4/5 We loved the view from our balcony of the ocean. Can walk right onto the ocean ! And pools were nice. Everything was very similar to the posting but hotel was a little out dated. There was no longer a splash pad like pictures showed. Also there was not a lock on the main balcony door. Which can be scary when traveling with young children. Beds were comfy , washer and dryer was a bonus but we had to go out and buy pods to wash the towels and when we ran out of toilet paper the hotel wouldn’t provide any because we didn’t book through them. Overall very family friendly location. Lots of shops and food near by. Two full bathrooms and four beds so lots of space for a bigger group.
Great condo!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. The condo was clean and we loved having laundry so we didn’t have to take dirty clothes home.
The evolve team was very easy to work with and we were well prepared for our stay.
