  Had to have a key to get out of pool to the beach.. unnecessary. Some Security guards very rude. My daughter and her fiance pulled up when they just got there from a long drive and needed to meet us to get the key and your security guard told them they coukdnt park there. They had to explain and they were still rude. We washed our chairs off and left them in front of our door (keep in mind there areno other rooms around us) because we forgot our code at the pool and ran down to get and they left a crappy note saying do not leave chairs in hall. It could of been please keep all items inside due to liability or anything a little nicer. Just need to learn respect of everyone including the younger adults thst are doing nothing wrong. I understand the safety but they need to have respect for people and know we are help paying for there salaries or keeping this place going.

The homeowners assured us that while security can be firm when enforcing the rules, this has never been a problem for other guests.   All the windows were dirty...couldn't see out of them...views of ocean was terrible...had to look at thru bars on patio...leak in 2nd bathroom all over floor every day...toilet was leaking...no code or room number sent on arrival and no answer to numerous calls to EVOLVE in order to get into condo after driving 18 hours to get there...couch was all broken down had to place lounge pads on couch to be comfortable

  - The bars you are referring to on the patio are hurricane shutters, which are necessary to protect the condo. They are left in an "open" position so that guests can still enjoy the view.
  - The glass doors are cleaned weekly, but spring pollen can build up quickly in the area.
  - Guests are directed to check in with security upon arrival and are encouraged to reach out to their guest contact with any issues.

  Condo was lovely, nicely furnished. Spacious. Only drawback was it was DIRECTLY across from a bar & grill so very noisy some nights until 2 AM!
