  The condo is perfect for two adults or even a small family as there is a Murphy bed as well as pull out sofa. The location is fantastic with restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the beach just steps away.

• Great Location and Unit

  This was a great location, next to the boardwalk. The unit was nice, with the kitchen being remodeled and including all the items you might need for a week-long stay. The Murphy Bed was also surprisingly comfortable. And the owner and supervisor of the property were EXCELLENT! The communication was the best we have ever had when renting!

• Perfect location

  This unit has an amazing view of the beach with easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. You can’t get any closer to the boardwalk without actually staying on the boardwalk (it ends at the property line of Roxanne Towers). This location is also on, what I consider, the nicer end of the boardwalk with lots of shops, attractions, restaurants, and a small grocery in a short walking distance. Thanks to the nice, fully stocked and modern kitchen, we were able to walk to the grocery and save hundreds of dollars on food by eating in and avoiding eating out every meal. The on-site staff were nice and the pool areas were a nice break from the beach. This location also has an easy access, good sized, surface parking lot that was able to accommodate our Ford F350 truck - something which was not easily found elsewhere at other beach properties. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) that was really appreciated! We used all 3 beds (king master bed, Murphy bed, and sofa bed) for 2 adults and 2 older kids. The beds weren’t very comfortable, especially the sofa bed, but that’s my only issue. It got a little cramped for space when both the Murphy bed and the sofa bed were pulled out, so we always put at least one of them away during the day.

  The owner called us on our check-in day and left their personal cell phone number, which was a great, personal touch and made us feel welcomed. It also came in handy because I had to call them to figure out how to open the numeric lock on the door. We received the key code, but there is also a knob with a keyhole in it that we had to turn to lock and unlock it. The owner was friendly and welcoming and we felt appreciated as a guest for choosing their location. It was an overall wonderful experience!

• Great Location and Unit

  This was a great unit, right next to the Boardwalk, yet quiet at night. The kitchen was nicely updated and very well-equipped. And the Murphy Bed was surprisingly very comfortable. And, being only steps to the beach was great.

• Worth every penny...

  This place was simply perfect. Elevators were fast and easy even weekend before July 4th. No nonsense keyless check in and easy few steps to prep the place to leave. Loved that the owner contacted us after arrival just to make sure all was good. The art and decor were beautiful and the pools and beach access were grand. Also provided beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a soft cooler. What a bonus for someone coming from far away. Piggly wiggly grocery a block away and great German and Indian restaurants just as close by. At the north end of the boardwalk, it ends just before Roxanne towers so there wasn't that increased foot traffic between pool and beach, but it is literally twenty steps from the pool deck. Loved everything about this location right on the ocean.
