  The room itself is very cute and quaint. It looks just like the pictures and has an AMAZING view! The beach is right behind hotel and also a cute pier restaurant where they do karaoke. The bed is very comfy, but the sofa bed not so much. I'd recommend storing a mattress pad in the closet for it. There were pillow cases, but no pillows for the sofa bed. My friends improvised and used the decorative pillows on the couch and main bed to fill up the pillow case. The AC unit is in the closet right next to the bed and it's SUPER LOUD and made it hard to fall asleep sometimes. It does cut off, but it's starling when it cuts on. The kitchen is nice and mostly has everything you need, minus oven mits (I bought some and left them for everyone after to use). The oven is nice and useful, but it is old, so the words on the knobs have rubbed off in some places, which made it confusing to know which mode it was in and how to make sure it was turned off. The kitchen is tight, so I don't recommend more than person trying to cook/do dishes at the same time. The bathroom is a bit small, but the sink is outside the door, so that will help with getting ready if multiple people are staying here. The bathroom door kept getting stuck when trying to open it, but I'm sure they can fix that. There was only one roll of tissue and paper towels, so you will have to buy more. I'd also recommend buying hand soap for the bathroom (I left some though) and buying transhbags, as there was only one bag in the trashcan and nowhere else. If you want to use the dishwasher, buy dish pods. The room is quite versatile and we were easily able to switch the dining table and coffee table so we could eat brunch while looking out at the amazing view of the ocean and campers. It was super fun being next to the RV site as it made for quite a lively and entertaining stay. All the pretty decor and lights they have looks beautiful at night. As far as the hotel itself goes, the pool closes pretty early (6PM), so we never ended up using it. The hallways smell pretty strange and the parking wasn't as close as expected, but it is manageable. It's not super upscale looking or anything, but for the price it the condo is very nice! I believe my friends and I were the first customers to stay in this condo through Evolve, so it should only get better from here!
