Family Vacation

Disappointed
3/5 The resort in general was fine. The unit was clean, however; it was very narrow. Disappointed in the lack of dishwasher, but also no towels or dish cloths to wash dishes. Minimal counter space, minimal storage space, no oven. Beds were horrible. Soft, springy mattresses. Tiny eating area, tiny balcony. In general, not a comfortable space to relax.

Communication problems
2/5 We were not able to speak to the property manager until minutes before we left. I let her know my concern. We were there 2 nights and 1 day. The cupboards were bare. The unit was very clean. We travel a bit, being seniors, and have seen much better.

Beach fun
5/5 Had a wonderful time. The only negative was the mattresses are not like ours at home. But I still gave a 5 star rating. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
