  • Vacationers Beware!


    This much dated condo gets a generous one star rating because it is definitely in a convenient location just a 5 minute walk to the Atlantic ocean. HOWEVER, that was the only redeeming quality. The effort to clean the place prior to our arrival, IF ANY, was well below sub-par, and the owners, despite advertising their availability to respond to requests and/or rectify problems, NEVER answered any of our several texts and phone calls! Instead, and quite coincidentally, on the day our stay had ended, and we had already checked-out, the owner called to apologize for not answering our calls because he and his wife "were at a family farm in a remote location that had no capability for communications!!!" Having owned vacation rental property ourselves for 14 years, it is unthinkable and totally inappropriate for property owners, who rent to vacationers, to put themselves in an off-the-grid remote location! As for the lack of cleanliness, unfortunately, this "Evolve" site does not allow for pictures to be posted (perhaps another "review" site will). Our pictures show the layers of dirt we had to clean off the screened porch furniture; the stains on the bed sheets; and, the hair on the shower tiles. My wife had to dust the entire condo, including the lamps and lampshades. The dining room table and the primary bedroom glass shelves all had to be windexed. My wife also had to wash every piece of bed linen, including the mattress and pillow covers, in addition to the sheets and pillow cases, not just because of the stains, but also because of their dingy appearance, and failure to pass the smell test - instead, as gross as this may sound, they presented as having been previously slept on, and never changed!!! What a way to start a VACATION, right?!? To add insult to injury, the rental fee breakdown includes a "cleaning fee" and a "guest service fee." As stated at the outset, the one star rating is generous!

    We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The condo was very comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the screened in porch with a nice view of the water.

  • Family Trip


    Great location. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Our view out the door wall was incredible. The condo was spacious for our family. The property manager did remedy any issues there were. Highly recommend and we will use again!

  • Great Condo


    We had a great stay at this condo. My friend and I had rented this condo for a short girl's trip. The location was great! The walk to the beach is short and the view is beautiful. The only issues we had was the TV screen in the master bedroom didn't work and the dishwasher didn't start easily. Besides those two things, it was very nice. There are detailed instructions throughout the condo which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend. I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to go back!
