  • Don’t stay here

    2/5

    Linens were not changed before we got there. We ended up stripping the beds and washed everything. Furniture is stained and old.

    View is spectacular hence the 2 review.

    - We strive to provide a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay and to ensure that our high standards are continuously being met, the property has a walk-through after each cleaning. We were surprised by the comment "Linens were not changed", as these were new linens and had not been used before.
    - Where the furniture is a bit older, it is still in good condition. We have recently repainted and replaced the popcorn ceiling and are currently in the process of updating our listing photos to reflect these updates.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Great view, great location, some issues…

    Issues: One of the bedrooms was dirty under the beds, dead cockroach…Some basic amenities were not present. We had to buy laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags. We were confused about which unit was ours when we first arrived, and the Host did not pick up the phone call. Host responded to a text regarding the wifi giving the impression that they were annoyed by the question...Resort indoor hot tubs were not hot. Television is HD capable but the cable provided is 90’s level blurry.

    Hello Ronald, thanks for sharing your feedback! The owners wanted to share the following:
    - We take the cleanliness of the property seriously and we are sorry you had issues during your stay. We will reach out to our cleaner to ensure the home is fully prepared for our guests. We also have ongoing pest control who monitors the home regularly so future guests shouldn't have issues with this.
    - We provide a starter amount of some supplies and toiletries such as toilet paper and 2 large trash bags in each bathroom. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies. Sometimes guests will leave their laundry detergent, paper towels and other supplies in the home.
    - The wi-fi login information is provided and posted on the refrigerator. The condos are sprayed on a regular basis under contract.
    - I have had 3 other families stay in the unit this month and not one has mentioned the TV. I have checked it myself and it is fine.
    Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

  • Palms Resort Condo

    My family enjoyed our stay in our VRBO condo.

    Location on beach was great.

    Enjoyed having 2 separate beach front balconies- loved the view from the 10th floor.

    Third bedroom with 2 twin beds was very small- would advise only children use this room- or small adults.

    Kitchen had basic items, and included a washer and dryer.

    Three smart TVs but had to figure out how to use various smart apps as there weren’t any directions on TV usage.

    The owner was very responsive to each phone call I made.

    I would stay at this condo again.
