• Beautiful location! Wonderful spacious home. Owner was wonderful regarding communication and answering all my questions.

  The home is 3 floors. The main floor has 2 bedrooms; the 2nd floor has the primary bedroom with a full bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms with a full bath.

  the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

  The house is located right on the beach, just walk down the steps to the sand! It is very convenient with children.

  The pier is only steps away from the home. There is music, drink and "bar food" at the Pier.

  The home had everything we needed regarding cooking utensils, sheets and bath towels.

  ****note - beach towels are not provided (you'll want to pack them). Also, beach chairs are not provided.

  We rented a golf cart from Go Fast Golf Cart Rentals which is just around the corner from the house - very convenient. Anita gave us a great deal.

  Overall, the house was perfect for our group of 9 (8 adults, one baby). I would definitely book again if ever I am traveling out to Murrell's Inlet again.

• Girls trip

  I decided this year to take my grand daughters ages 10-21 and their mothers to a much needed girls trip. It was wonderful sharing time together. Our rental was perfect walking distance to fun areas around.

  Our rental was right on the beach so no hassle getting there. A wonderful porch to rock while watching the girls swim.

  The only thing missing which girls would like is a full length mirror.

  Great time we all had and our representative we had if there were any questions or problems was always available. Whenever I texted or called she would get back to me within minutes.

• Pictures can be deceiving

  The location was amazing but the house is not as big and spacious as it looks on the pictures. The house was freezing and the heat was not working. The owner did have someone come out twice and fixed it. The toilet on the third floor wasn’t working either. Several of my guests left early due to limited parking space. There should be some overflow parking nearby. Stains were found on the mattress covers in a few bedrooms and the floors were sandy. This stay was stressful and now I’m sick due to the rental property heat not working.

  Thanks for your review. We always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
  -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and the professional photos and the description on our listing best represent the home and square footage. Guests are encouraged to book a vacation home that best suits their taste.
  -We have yet to receive a complaint regarding the heat and currently use a service that shows all activities on our thermostat. We were notified the batteries were removed from the unit shortly after your arrival and as we take our guest experience seriously we had the batteries replaced within 30 minutes. If the doors or windows are left open this will cause the heat to turn off as we do not allow the windows and doors to be open while the heat or air conditioning are turned on. The door sensors within the home notified us the doors were left open on several occasions.
  -We were not informed of any issues with the toilet and we can confirm it works as it should.
  -The listing clearly states that five vehicles can be parked in the carport on the side of the property you are renting only. Vehicles parked in unauthorized spots are subject to towing. There is public parking less than a block from the home. Being this is a duplex and as your group parked in the driveway of the other side of our property, we kindly asked you to move your vehicles to a designated area.
  -The mattress covers are all professionally laundered after each guest. We wish you would have addressed this during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable.
  -The house is located on the beach and we do our best to ensure that the sand is vacuumed after each stay. If something may have been missed, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue.
