4/5 It was a decent home. Owners were very cooperative when I asked if we could check in early.
Friend/family vacation
5/5 Much needed family vacation as one of us was recently diagnosed with cancer. We made wonderful memories at this house. Great location. Clean and 3 bathrooms are a plus for each bedroom. Small family room but we made do. Floors easy to keep clean. Parking is Alittle tight with both rentals but owners are wonderful to work with and very helpful. We will be back.
Beautiful, comfortable sanctuary
5/5 This trip for us was due to bereavement: the death of my father. If ever a comfortable sanctuary was needed it was then. Preparing for Dad's service in a comfortable, clean, organized, bright environment was a great blessing.The rental has just enough supplies and equipment without being cluttered; leaving room for renters to place their own items. It was wonderfully clean. We weren't there long enough to use the dishwasher, washer, or dryer but all appliances were late model and sanitary. Bottom line: awesome accommodations!We would definitely consider renting the unit again---maybe next time under happier circumstances.Many thanks to the owners!

Sanctuary during time of bereavement
5/5 We stayed at the property due to an out-of-town trip for my Dad's memorial service. This place was amazing! If ever a clean, organized, bright, well-supplied place was needed, it was then. The whole process with the company and the owners was smooth and friendly. We certainly didn't need any rental angst added to what we were already facing.
The rental company and the owners were quick to respond to the two communications I had before arrival.
Bottom line, I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a wonderful rental experience. We still have other family members in Surfside Beach and we will definitely consider staying there again during future visits. Hopefully, the next time(s) will be under happier circumstances.
