Nice unit and great location!
5/5 The townhome was well appointed and nicely updated. We enjoyed using the grill to cook fish from the nearby seafood market one night. It was a short walk to a few restaurants and an easy bike ride to Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. Hope to stay again on our next visit.
Winter getaway
3/5 Not as usable as we had hoped. No real outside space to relax unless we were willing to fight the bees no windows were able to open. Only tv use was movies or old TV shows. Nothing was live television. Wasn't real user-friendly for elderly people.

- The home has wooden windows that can be a bit tricky to open at the start of the season due to humidity and swelling, but we’ve asked our maintenance team to check them to ensure they’re functioning properly.
- Our streaming setup includes access to live TV, and we offered to send our handyman over during your stay to assist with setup and walk you through it.
- While the home doesn’t have a traditional yard space, we understand that outdoor comfort matters — warmer temperatures can bring increased bee activity, which is common during early spring in this area.
- Our listing notes in two places that the home may not be ideal for elderly or disabled guests, as all bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.
