  Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Sullivans beaches what more could you ask for.

  False listing of couch pullout bed, poor privacy on sliding door , missing two sections of curtains, barely working toaster , had to buy a new one, two uncomfortable chairs in living room, basic tv channels embarrassing, would not rent again.

  Hi Edward, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  - The condo never had a pull-out sofa, but as soon as we were notified, we updated the listing. A rollaway twin bed has since been added for extra flexibility.
  - The condo is on the second floor and has a private, tree-lined view, but we’ve updated the curtains for additional coverage. The living room furniture was replaced in December 2024 with a modern coastal style, though we understand comfort is subjective.
  - The toaster was working during a recent check, but a new one will be purchased to ensure guests have a fully functional appliance.
  - Our listing notes that we offer basic cable along with streaming services on smart TVs. While additional cable options won’t be added, guests are welcome to log in to personal streaming accounts for more variety.

  In need of some painting and better maintenance on bathroom plumbing.

  – The condo was fully repainted in 2022 in a neutral gray, and there are no issues with peeling, discoloration, or staining after looking into this.
  – All bathrooms are fully functional with reliable hot and cold water and working appliances, though we are planning updates for the future. As soon as we heard about the toilet issue, a maintenance professional took care of it that same day.

  This is a great centrally located condo that is close to everything. The place has everything you need to make it feel like home. It was a very quiet area while we were here. We would stay here again.

  The location of this condo is perfect for those looking to visit the Charleston area. Downtown Charleston, beautiful beaches or shopping districts are all 10-15 minutes away. We celebrated 2 birthdays and Easter and the kitchen had everything I needed (with the exception of a hand mixer) to prepare homemade breads, cakes and an Easter feast. Love the kitchen as well as the cooking and bakeware. Nice variety of spices on hand. Condo and was well stocked with starter items from coffee, dish soap, toilet paper to paper towels. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions. Definitely an older condo complex but the combination of the above reasons and the great value will be the reason we return to the Cozy Condo!! Thank you !!
