  The neighborhood is dated (nothing major) but overall the property is a good find for the $. The pool is just outside the back patio (ground level). This can be a pro/con, great convenience to enjoy yet can be loud if others are using it. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. An issue with entry lock caused an hour wait, once in touch, the host did a good job getting it resolved. A contact # in the email logistics would be good (note: it was on the info board in the house but wasn’t accessible in a locked out situation). We were also able to get support from VRBO to resolve. Overall, a good price for a property that’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants and not far from fun Myrtle activities.

  The property location was perfect. The condition was disappointing. The outside porch was filthy. The rugs were disgusting. The table and chairs were covered in dirt and pollen.The laundry room located out there had a washer that was filled with water. I contacted property management and she said she would get it fixed. Never happened. The pictures online were not a reflection of the property.

  We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Although we do our best to keep the outdoor area clean, if there are a few days between guest check-out and the next check-in, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to affect the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left. we have never received any complaints about this in the past and this should not be a concern for future travelers.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!

  It was very nice. With the 6 of us having one shower was a adjustment but we figured it out and it was fine.Our contact Heather was very good.Thanks Christine
