4/5 Property was very nice and spacious with a lot of amenities.The downstairs bathroom had not been cleaned, there was still hair all over the floors and in the shower and the toilet had some bowel movement residue in it

Charleston town house
5/5 We absolutely loved this property. It is centrally located to see downtown charleston and the beaches. The house is exactly as described. We loved all the motioned censored lighting, the beds and couch were so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Property manager was available to answer our questions in a timely manner and was so polite. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.

5/5 Only issue I had was the owner had the AC locked at first. It took a while to reach him. The property manager was really pleasant to work with and she took care of it ASAP

Girls trip
4/5 Property was as described and was ready on arrival. We were a group of grandmothers in town for Christian conference and had some issues figuring out the "smart house" but eventually figured out lighting and ceiling fans. Wish owner would have left tv instructions as all we could get to work was YouTube and YouTube TV but weren't really home long enough for that to really be an issue. Just suggesting this in case others would want to watch more tv than we did. Also if you have mobility issues, there are several steps to maneuver from garage to 2nd story bedrooms. We managed fine for 3/4 but 4th guest elected to stay in basement bedroom for that reason. Overall this was an excellent home and would stay here again! Loved having access to the garage as well as the combo coffee pot/Keurig with coffee! Thanks for your hospitality!
