5/5 The keys to enter the home were a bit tricky. Recommend a keyless code entry, especially when the door locks behind you. The deck could benefit from a refinish coating of polyurethane? Host was very accommodating and responsive!

Lovely Home Near Beach
4/5 The owner was great about responding to questions prior to our trip. However, we still didn’t realize we were staying within a huge resort where amenities are reserved for resort guests only. Nonetheless, at owner’s suggestion we booked bikes through Alligator Bikes and this was an absolute must. Biking is easy and safe on Kiawah. Beach access was also pretty easy, a five minute ride. The house is pretty and comfortable. Nice Apple TV setup. We loved the green sunroom! Overall we had a fun time exploring the beaches and spending time in this beautiful area.

House on Kiawah Island
5/5 I was very pleasantly surprised by Evolve, who I had never dealt with before, the house on Kiawah and the owner. Evolve has a very liberal cancellation policy, and was responsive when the credit card I'd used for the initial deposit expired and I received a new one from Amex, which I then use for the final payment. I received instructions for arriving and leaving. I took a shot in the dark with Evolve and it work out!
The house was spacious and very nice, updated baths and kitchen, and some lovely art and furnishings, and great beds! In a quiet neighborhood.
Ken Shipp, the owner was very helpful, providing lots of information about Kiawah Island, where to shop, eat, see birds, how to get to the beach etc. I was in communication with him by e mail several times, he responded promptly, and very cordially.
All and all a good experience.

Wonderful House!
5/5 We spent two weeks in this KI house and really enjoyed the tranquility and convenience.
The house has everything you may need when on vacation, and the host was most responsive and pleasant.
The huge deck allows for total privacy and is very peaceful.
For those of you who count their daily steps- KI is a walker's paradise- there are walking/ biking trails all over the island and there are about 2,000 steps from the house to the beach. I found it very manageable and enjoyable.
