Perfect Location - Beach & Salty Dog
5/5 Excellent location if you plan on going to South Beach Marina/Salty Dog and short walk to the beach! This unit was ideal for the family, just remember it’s a third floor unit with a loft so pack wisely and light.
We enjoyed being able to walk and not have to park when getting food, ice cream, or shop for our annual Salty Dog shirts.
Easy walk to the beach and enjoyable walk from the sound side to the Atlantic side of the beach.

Spot On Listing!
5/5 Drop the bags and settle in! No need to drive anywhere. Really CLEAN condo. Close to beach. Comfortable arrangements; nice and Cool to come into after fun in the sun! Convenient to dining options. We did choose to drive and that was to tour HH Distillery. Great rum! Definitely would consider staying here again. Also, not sure how our son’s name got onto my VRBO account?

Little things add up!
3/5 Have stayed thru vrbo at Bluff Villas many times in the past. First time with Evolve as owner. Several things were not satisfactory. 1). The instructions to get the gate pass were not correct.2). The furniture was not as represented in the photos.3). The wall air conditioner unit turned on and off every couple of minutes - very annoying. 4). Overhead light would turn off periodically. 5). Cable box kept shutting off.6). Mandatory damage insurance was not expected. Liked location. But will not rent this condo again.

We wish you had let us know what was incorrect regarding the gate passes so we resolve this issue for future guests. As for the AC, lights, and cable, we didn't receive notice that they were not working. We would have loved to address this and ensure your comfort during your stay!"
Great stay
5/5 We loved the location of this property! This was our first time to Hilton Head. It was perfect for my husband and I. The only small “hiccup” we had was the pool pass in the box under the stairs was expired, as pointed out by 2 pool workers. They allowed us to use the pool, though. We will be back!
