Some things not working, not up to par.
2/5 Faucets in one bathroom were not working. E-mailed property contact and got no response. Some of the items (e.g., pots and pans) were not in great shape. Convenient to beach, though.

Opportunities for Improvement
2/5 I had to sweep and vacuum, didn't look like it had been cleaned. No mention of parking fees. Electricity on one wall was not working. Internet was not secure. Deck was cluttered and not inviting. The property is in need of updates and cleaning.

Our stay at the Spa
4/5 The adults liked the location ok, it was far away from most restaurants and shopping. We had 3 19 yr old girls with us that drove to another beach everyday and spent all their time there. The complex is better fitted for older adults and those with small children.
