Needs detailed cleaning
3/5 Our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great location for golf. Updated condo in most areas. Cleaning needs more of just cleaning the surface. The cleaners forgot to clean appliances, windows, doors, walls, utensils in drawers were dirty. Other things discussed with those in charge. If all this is improved you will have a great place to stay but we probably wont stay there again.

Locks and codes
4/5 Codes were out of date. The lock on the door did not work some of the time. Discovered that you cannot lock the door from the inside using the coded dead bolt, as it will not work the next morning to lock the door when you leave

Quick get-away.
4/5 This is the third time we have stayed at this property. I think that it may have changed ownership since our last stay. It’s starting to show some wear and tear and missing some love. We had issues with the air-conditioner which was promptly taken care of (thankfully), the patio door doesn’t lock but you are on the 3rd floor, our codes to the pool and restrooms were inaccurate, the smoke detector was disabled by a previous guest and still sitting on the counter, air vent in bathroom ceiling drips water and the ceiling is moldy, the bedding is eh and only one sleeping pillow per person but there’s extra in the closet but no pillow cases. It’s starting to show it’s age. On the positive side, the location is great. Right by the pool and walking distance to Harbor Town. We were able to get an early check-in which was very nice. And the property manager was great handling the air conditioner issue and even followed up afterwards. It’s a great little place for two to enjoy their stay in HH it just needs a bit of attention.
