Very nice but
4/5 The location is a 5 . Short walk to Harbor Town. The condo has been updated and is quite nice. This easily could be a 5 star place with a little effort . The condo appears to be clean but really could use a deep cleaning including pillows and couches. The 2 scatter rugs could be replaced. The comforter needed to be washed which we did. The king bed was very comfortable but did not have a mattress pad and one of the sheets provided was for a queen size mattress. We’re not clean freaks however this was below standard. The supplies provided were minimal at best . 4 ok towels and face cloths, a small supply of little round soaps and nothing to clean the counters with. We were there for 11 days and what was provided would not have lasted . With that said we did ask for more and it was provided promptly but the same marginal supplies. If these items were addressed it clearly would be a 5 star stay. Just be prepared to purchase some supplies
Golf Course villa
5/5 The villa was great. Just enough room with nice furniture and appliances. Bathroom is in great shape and we enjoyed the stay. Unit is on 3rd floor so be ready to climb steps, but parking and everything is really good.

Great location for Harbour Town.
5/5 Single living space is excellent. Pull out couch available for extra guest which is nice for last minute guest. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator is a little much but overall space with outside deck is nice.

4/5 Overall the residences was clean, a little TLC needed in the bathroom. Plenty of space, nicely decorated. We were surprised that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. It said no dogs allowed, but there was a lot of dog hair left behind. Meagan our guest contact was great. We would definitely by back
