  Location is, apparently , everything. You’re right at the beach and walkable to Salty Dog.

  BUT.

  Be aware that this is a studio. Murphy bed. No washer/dryer. Everything in there is the cheapest item available. TV needs to be reset every 45 minutes. Cable box and modem sit on a chair, not a table or cabinet. Toilet paper and paper towels are army surplus and the bath towels seemingly came from the local prison. We decided to buy our own - left them for the next guests so they wouldn’t lose a layer of skin after using the toilet or drying off after a shower.

  Make sure you have the correct information because the instructions they send have the wrong internet password - and you can buy a $20 weekly pass for Sea Pines so it doesn’t necessarily cost $9 a day like they tell you.

  But you can walk to the beach.

  - This is a studio with a Murphy bed and no washer/dryer, as noted in the listing.
  - We have not previously received complaints about the linens, but we will discuss this with our cleaning company to ensure quality.
  - The TV setup will be reviewed to address the reset issue, and we will look into providing a proper table or cabinet for the cable box and modem.
  - We will verify and correct the internet password in the welcome instructions to prevent future confusion.
  - Thank you for the tip about the Sea Pines weekly pass; we will update our information to reflect this option.

• Just a piece of paradise amongst the mansions

  My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo close to everything. Beautiful South beach is only a quick two minute walk across the street. The Salty Dog is a lovely three minute sidewalk stroll down the street. We had a delightful visit! Would love to visit again.
