We specifically reached out to you via text, as we had been using that communication method to handle your special requests before check-in. If you had reached out to us during your stay as instructed in the pre-stay email, we would have been happy to assist you and address any concerns.
- We truly value the condition and cleanliness of our home and ensure it's thoroughly prepared before every guest's arrival. Rest assured we visited the property after your stay and although we recognize some areas that could use a touch-up, we are unable to find areas that are unclean in the villa.
