  Short and easy walk to the beach, extremely close to dining and shopping, and a perfect little getaway. Loved the lagoon out back - saw a TON of turtles, birds, and an alligator!

• Outdated and dirty

  The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of its location close to the beach.

  The apartment is outdated, the kitchen is old and the pots were scratched and some of them burned. The sofas and the carpet/rug were dirty and stained. The towels were stained with make up and stain removal spray. The entire apartment needs some updating and some new stainless steel pots. The air filter was full of dust. I wrote the manger the second day about it and I even sent him pictures and he never responded. I had to use my own towels. I was not happy at all with this apartment. It was the first time when I get an apartment and I am so disappointed.

  The little town is very nice, with nice architecture and great restaurants. It is a very nice place for a family vacation.

  - The furniture is regularly cleaned, and we have double-checked to ensure there are no stains as mentioned in your review. The home has an area rug but no carpets.
  - We are confident that our photos accurately reflect the listing and that the home is modern and up to date!

  Loved everything about this location! Saw a bunch of wildlife from the back deck - tons of turtles, birds, and an alligator! Everything was super clean and loved the instructions on how to use everything. Would stay here again!
