  We stay here every year! Everything you will need is supplied from cooking to all beach essentials. As a family of 6, we appreciate the space this condo allows. The owners are easily accessible for any issues and work quickly to resolve anything that comes up! Will be back!

• Fun condo with lots to do!

  We loved the condo. We thought it was on the ground floor, but elevator was close by, so that my parents didn’t have to climb stairs. Keyless lock wasn’t working properly. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

• Good place for short stay

  I’m giving this 3 stars because the floors were pretty nasty. My grand daughter walked around for 1 hour and had black feet. And there were 4 reusable Plastic cups we had to throw away because they were broke. And we had to turn the fridge and freezer all the way up to keep everything cold. And In the comments y’all should put to bring toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls per bathroom. You can also hear everything through the walls. Also when looking for lockers we called our properly manager and she had no idea where they where so location should be put on map or in book. We finally found them after and hour of looking with a toddler. Like I said for a short stay it’s fine but we personally will not be staying there again.

  - First, I would like to apologize for your experience at the condo. The storage locker number and location are listed in the Check-in instruction email that is sent to all of our guests prior to their arrival. I will follow up with Evolve to ensure this information is accurate.
  - I will follow up with my cleaning service in regards to the cleanliness concerns to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. In addition, we will follow up and replace the drinkware as needed.
  - I will follow up with maintenance to further investigate your concerns with the refrigerator and make any necessary repairs.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The condo was very nice and updated and I love Hilton head resort… it’s nice because the kids can have an indoor pool and hot tub. They enjoy and a beautiful walk to the beach as well as cocos where you can order food and drinks right there next to the beach… checking was easy and the condo was very nice and comfortable… the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook… will be staying here again
