Good location and layout
3/5 The villa easily fit all 8 of us comfortably. The resort has a nice shuttle service to the beach. Our A/C didn’t work our last night there and couldn’t be fixed until the next day. The listing states two parking passes are permitted with additional first come first serve parking, but the additional parking is only for the two parking passes allowed.

- The A/C repair technician arrived first thing in the morning after your last night to fix the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
- As mentioned prior to your arrival, the property provides two parking passes, and additional parking follows the HOA regulations which we have no control over. Arriving with additional vehicles is subject to tickets or could be towed by the city. We regret any confusion this may have caused.

3/5 PROS:
-Location-LOVE Palmetto Dunes community and all that it offers. (Pool, beach, pickleball, general store)
-Comfortable living room with plenty of seating.
-Dune Buggy services.
-Rental unit felt clean.
-Beds were pretty comfortable.
CONS:
-Issue upon check-in.
-A/C went out, as well as hot water.
-It seems that wiring could use some updating-some switches & outlets didn’t work.
-Trundle bed wouldn’t pull out.
-Primary bedroom fan wouldn’t turn on, deck light wasn’t working.
-Could use some baking pans & the outside grill could use some work.
I will say Carlos was VERY fast to respond to our issues and had them resolved as quickly as possible.
Queens Grant is an older community. If returning to HHI I would explore other rental options in Palmetto Dunes, but I would also consider staying here again.

-The A/C and hot water issues were addressed and resolved within two hours of being notified. We appreciate your understanding of the time it took to get a contractor on site.
-The kitchen supplies, trundle bed, fan in the primary bedroom and the deck light will all be inspected and repaired as necessary.

5/5 We brought our teenage/young adult girls here for a couple of days. The community was wonderful and we felt very safe allowing them to discover things on their own. The property was beautiful and had everything we had hoped for. The master bedroom had a VERY comfortable bed, the living room had plenty of comfortable sitting options and the condo was very well stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

5/5 We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 5 adults. Great location and easy access to the beach with parking at the palmetto dunes beach house as well as the Disney beach house. We would stay here again
