Great visit!
5/5 Great location - unit was very comfortable and well appointed. The unit is looking a little worn and could use some updating, but it did not affect the comfort of staying there. Very enjoyable and would stay there again if needed. The owner was also very accommodating in allowing me to gain early access and even contacted me to let me know the cleaning service was running a little late. It was a pleasant visit!

Location, Location, Location
4/5 Great location, 3 minute walk to the Salty Dog and the beach. Perfect place for watching the dolphins and sunsets. Owner communicated great and was quick to respond. The place could use some updates in fixtures (bathroom, kitchen sink) and furniture. Cleanliness was pretty good, hard to get things looking clean with worn and dated. Overall a solid place, would be 5-stars with updates and some freshening up.

5/5 Very clean, comfortable and pleasant. 3rd floor a chore, we are seniors. Owner was outstanding, quick to respond to phone and texts.

Short stay
5/5 Highly recommend staying here if you want a one bedroom spot perfectly located next to Salty Dog and the water. Clean property, great view, wild life, peaceful, loved every second. Checked in early and owner was great to work with.
