5/5 This was a wonderful place - the house was lovely - there is so much space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy beautiful Sea Pines in Hilton Head! The living area is open and welcoming with plenty of seating, and the pictures don't do the deck justice - there's basically a large wraparound deck (so it's like having two decks - one on each side of the house), plus a fenced in yard that provided privacy and a lot of extra space to enjoy. The owner was both communicative and incredibly nice, the place itself was immaculate, and the owner added special touches like cute bags of toiletries, washer detergent, and even a welcome note with a little holiday candy gift. We brought our dogs and it was great for them too - near walking trails plus the fenced in yard was very handy. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Hilton Head Getaway!
5/5 This is our third stay at Evergreen and it is always such an enjoyable stay! It’s the perfect location to all of Hilton Head’s amenities and the property is always immaculate and well taken care of! The owner is kind, responsive and a joy to communicate with! We will be back soon!

Great getaway
5/5 Just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Very nice property and conveniently located to dining just outside of Sea Pines. Also…great communication from owner and especially thankful in finding and mailing an item we had left behind.
