A quick 0.7-mile stroll will take you to Coligny Beach Park offering outdoor showers, changing rooms, and several lounging options - the perfect amenities that elevate a day of sand-filled fun!
When you get hungry, simply roam through Coligny Plaza across the street to find an abundance of restaurants such as Crave by Daniel's, The Porch Southern Kitchen and Bar, and Big Bamboo Cafe. Also in the plaza are various shops, a movie theater, and bike rental stores!
For a breath of fresh air, meander over to the beautiful Sea Pines Forest Preserve to discover the 4,000-year-old Sea Pines Shell Ring and walk through the scenic marshes filled with wildlife. This area also has trails for biking, boat tours, and seasonal events that the whole family will enjoy!
Golf enthusiasts will love playing a round at the Shipyard Golf Club, home to 27 holes that are surrounded by flourishing Carolina pine trees and blooming magnolias. Other nearby golf areas include Heron Point by Pete Dye, Harbor Town Golf Links, and Long Cove Club.

Partial refund
5/5 We are still waiting to hear from the property manager about a refund for the 1st night - as our air conditioner did not work and it was 85 degrees for the first 24 hours. The repair guy said he had been at our unit before. The manager accused us of freezing tue unit . We were told someone would contact me after the trip and no one has .

Great Space!
5/5 We stayed in late July with 3 couples and two toddlers. The space was laid out so nicely for our group! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great. The condo complex was very quiet! The pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately not clean
2/5 The villas themselves on the outside need to be updated and maintained better. Handrail going upstairs to villa was broken, walkways needed sweeping. When we checked in the air conditioning did not work, bedding on main floor was stained and dirty along with the comforter that should have been thrown out. We could not sit on couch because there was so much food on it. Kitchen chairs had so much food crusties that had to be scrubbed off. We contacted property manager and she sent someone right away for the air to be fixed and a cleaning person to come. The bathroom vent was very clogged and dirty as was air intake vent for air conditioning. The air filter for the heat/air looked like it had never been changed. Simple maintenance fixes that should be done twice a year. It wasn’t until the next day that we noticed our feet were getting dirty from walking on floors so my husband wet some paper towels and wiped up the floor and it was extremely dirty. The floors could not have been wet mopped in quite awhile but property manager disagreed with us. I have pictures and sent them to her. Did not feel like arguing so we wore shoes inside at all times. Windows and blinds also very dirty. Window over bed needs a blind because of bright lights outside all night. Update your photos because furniture that is in pictures is not what is there. Positives- nicely decorated, close to beach and restaurants good if you need 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean.
