Great Location & Space
5/5 Surf Court is a great location if you're travelling without a car. 10 minute walk to Coligny Beach and Plaza for restaurants and shops. The flowering trees and landscaping of the interior court & pool area are beautiful. The unit itself was very clean with furnishings that seemed relatively new. The unit included beach chairs, umbrella, & a wagon that were perfect for a short walk to the beach. (You can go through a neighboring property and avoid walking all the way to the main Coligny Beach entrance).

Great Location
4/5 This villa was ideally situated directly across the street from the Ocean on South Forrest Ave. There is beach access directly across the street. Located very close to Coligny and Celebration Park.The villa is a nice set up with the two bedrooms upstairs both with private baths. The kitchen, dinning area and living room are on the first level. There is a half bath on the first level as well. You will have some stairs to deal with. There are steps leading up to the first level and then stairs to the second level. It is nice having the bedrooms upstairs if people are in bed while others are up. The unit is a little dated but furniture is fine. We did have several minor issues that were disappointing but the Evolve team did respond promptly. While the unit was mostly clean, we did have some issues with dust and dirt under the bed, in cabinets and in a few other areas. Manager offered to send cleaners out but we were working remote and did not want people in the unit while we were there.Provided kitchen and beach items were adequate but not as well stocked as we have had at other places but not a big drawback. The unit and surrounding complex was very quiet and people were very friendly. Overall, the villa was comfortable and close to many restaurants and the beach.
