My wife and I and another retired couple stayed in this home for 5 weeks. This was our first time to Hilton Head having been Florida vacationers for many years. We were not disappointed! This home had everything; central location, privacy, beautiful surroundings, spotlessly clean and the best homeowner we have ever dealt with. Jami (the homeowner) was amazing, from the time we first booked until after we returned home. She was responsive to every question/request we had. As an example, one of the two coffee makers provided stopped working. A new one was delivered by Amazon 2 days later. This home was great for two couples and would also be perfect for a family. Lots of space for everyone. We have rented through VRBO for many years and have never had a negative experience, but this was by far the most positive! Absolutely amazing!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The living space is very generous and the home had everything we needed. The deck is a great spot to relax and for evening cocktails. And the proximity to the beach was fantastic. This is a perfect vacation spot.

My wife and I are building a house in Beaufort, SC and rented this property for 6 months.
We could not have been happier.
Master suite on the first floor in addition to an additional 1/2 bath.
2 big bedrooms and full bath upstairs.
The house is immaculate and tastefully furnished.
We hosted Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break for our children and grandchildren.
Located off the 9th green it has wonderful landscaping with mature trees and full shrubs.
Private back patio with grill.
Located within Shipyards, this little cul-de-sac street has its own 2 tennis courts and swimming pool!
The private beach for Shipyards (on the Atlantic) is a 5 min drive by car, or 10 min by bike. Full bath house and showers at the beach.
Many, many bike trails - we rented bikes for everyone when we had guests.
Would highly recommend for anyone.
Spent almost 4 months at the house with my family. The location is ideal and the house is spacious and well appointed. We went walking and biking right out the door and it is easy to get to a spectacular beach. We were comfortable and happy the entire time. The owners were amazing and really took care of us. I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has a small, private community pool. It is nice and safe to use. It is easy to spend a lot of time outside without being around anyone and maintaining social distance. Even during COVID, this property was a pleasure to rent.
My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of March. Unlike most vacation rentals located via Internet, this house is used by the owners and the furnishings and cleanliness reflect this. While many rentals could use a good deep cleaning, this place was spotless! The property is truly “just as described” in the listing. Since our stay spanned part of the covid-19 pandemic we did a lot more eating in than we would normally and the kitchen was lacking in nothing that we needed. A perfect location for almost any one. Located on a very lightly populated street, very quite and relaxing, easy one mile walk to the beach, and just a very short drive to the gated exit which was very convenient. Another plus that we really liked was that once you’ve booked the property you deal directly with the owners and they were extremely responsive to our every question (no problems, just seeking information). A great place to stay on HHI. What more to ask?
