• Older Condo/Carry suitcase upstairs

  This is an older condo that is just so so. Twin bedroom is tiny and fortunately one friend had Covid and wasn’t able to come because there would be no room for suitcases for 2 people, as I had to use the spare bed for mine. Very noisy mattress/hard pillows. No live TV—only streaming, so wasn’t able to watch football. Contacted owner via text, but never heard back. Worst part was there were no elevators, and we had to carry suitcases and all belongings up a huge flight of stairs. On a positive note, beach is very private, however, it isn’t a swimming beach. In addition, pool is close to unit just behind stairwell. Paper towels, and toiletries supplied.

  All major live broadcast channels, as well as many others, are available as explained in the instructions provided by the TV.  As described in our listing, the condo is on the second floor, accessible by a wide set of stairs. Although the buildings are not new, our oceanview condo is finely appointed and well-kept, thanks to our outstanding services. The Spa on Port Royal Sound has three pools, a workout room, a pier, tennis and basketball courts, swings, etc., and beautiful grounds. We also include hotel-style amenities, games, DVDs, books, and sports gear.  Additionally, extra pillows are provided in the closets for different options.

  We were very disappointed with the "ocean front". It's not Ocean front, it's barely a beach, you can't swim, it's dirty and mucky water and sand. We had to travel to other beaches to swim. We choose beach front so we can walk out the door to the beach and swim, this was not the case here. The condo was out dated but perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and clean. The grounds were nicely kept and the pools were nice as well. We would not stay here again because of the beach/muck but if you are looking for a nice place to just relax, it's perfect.

  were disappointed in the beach at the time of your visit. Please note we
  do mention in our listing that the beach is part of a beautiful nature area and
  is great for walking but not swimming. Also, weather and tides both affect
  the character of the beach. The Spa condominium/resort abuts a maritime
  forest, with many opportunities to observe the wildlife. Beachcombing
  provides a great opportunity for observing, shell collection, and other
  experiences.
  
  We pride ourselves on providing high-quality furnishings, decor [like our
  beautiful walk-in shower!] and housekeeping services. So, we're pleased
  that you found the villa and complex clean and relaxing.

  The property was nice my daughter didnt care for the beach , the two rwin beds were not comfortable they squeak . There is a cleaning fee so i didnt feel like we needed to wash towels but it was fine . Next time i will look forva place within walking distance from shoppping

  We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the water. The condo had everything we needed for our five night stay.
