Clean and Comfortable
5/5 The rental was clean, comfortable, and sized for our needs. Although the house is small, it feels roomy. I appreciated being able to rent a property with just enough room to fit two people comfortably, instead of a house designed to fit a large family. Please note there is no dishwasher and no washer/dryer in the guest house. Kitchen facilities are spare but adequate. The guest house is on the same lot as the owner's home but we did not see or hear the owner or anyone else nor were we bothered by any noise in the neighborhood. Thanks!
Cute, Clean, Convenient
5/5 Kim was awesome. She was friendly, attentive and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. The home was clean, nicely decorated with pretty much anything you may need provided in the home. I felt safe, had a great area for walking and was only minutes from everything. I highly recommend this home.

Would definitely stay again
5/5 The property was just as it was described. It was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen seemed well equipped although we only ate breakfasts there. The location worked perfectly for us as we were visiting family in Greer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. We didn’t get to meet Ozzy though although we caught a glimpse of him briefly at one point and he looked like a little cutie!
