  Communication with Host was non existent. Prior to check in and during our stay. This house was advertised to accommodate 10 guests. I made several inquiries before our stay about the grill and received no response. The grill was unusable. Major disappointment since we chose this particular home to have grill access. The Primary Bedroom bathroom toilet didn’t flush. No response after leaving a message with my direct telephone number. The living room had inadequate furniture to accommodate the ten people it advertised for. There was inadequate pots, dishes, utensils, cups making it challenging to cook for our family. There was only outdoor seating for 4 people not ten and it was also unusable. We sat on it and the cushions faded onto our clothing. Nice house, not VRBO equipped yet. Old Bedding (worn comforters) appeared clean but it was very worn. Did provide enough towels. All of the closets contained the homeowners personal effects which was uncomfortable. We had no place to hang our clothes because the closets were full with the owner’s things. Felt like we were infringing on someone’s personal space.
