5/5 Unit very clean and exceedingly well stocked in every aspect, dishes, glassware, beach stuff, towels, everything you could want. Didn't need to bring anything except personal items. Very comfortable furniture throughout, nice decor.Balcony door is hard to open/close.Check-in/out very easy, host was friendly and helpful, thank you.

5/5 1/5 The mattresses were worn out and not comfortable. Dishwasher was not installed properly so it moved from under countertop. Rugs in the condo not clean. Bedsheets for sofa bed were ripped & blankets not washed & smelled dirty. Only 4 bath towels and bedroom ceiling had some mold

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and comfort of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-The mattress is under five years old, but we’ll check to see if it needs to be flipped or replaced.
-The cleaning crew is reviewing the rugs, blankets, and sofa bed linens to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards.
-The dishwasher will be inspected to ensure it’s properly secured.
-The spot on the ceiling appears to be a minor stain from an old leak, but we’ll double-check to confirm there’s no mold.
We also want to note that we didn’t hear from you during your stay — we always encourage guests to reach out in the moment so we can resolve any issues right away. We could have addressed the linens or provided replacements to make things more comfortable for you.
