  I am building a house Edgewater and needed to check on progress. This house was a great place and perfect location. It was quiet and peaceful. The bonus was we got to feed and pet the outdoor cats.

  We had a great 3-night stay at The Farmhouse. It is a beautiful home, just as advertised. The host Elisa was very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed spending time around the house with the games provided like Scrabble and UNO and spending the cool evenings on the porch enjoying nature. The living room and both bedrooms had TVs with Rokus, which was a big hit with the kids. It was a safe, relaxing environment. We would definitely stay again.

  The property was cute and had anything and everything we needed! Super clean and relaxing. The property manager was very friendly, and communicated well throughout our stay. We visit the area yearly, and may have found our new spot to stay in.

• Perfect Stay for events at Gateway

  As much as I have stayed in rental homes, this is by far the most well-appointed, well-maintained, and inviting I have stayed in. This owner has really done a great job creating a relaxing and comfortable environment for everyone. Everything you could need while staying in a home is provided and easily accessible. The towels and beds are fluffy, cushy, and clean. The appliances are nice and well maintained, the kitchen is spacious and useful, the front porch is great for relaxing, there is plenty of wildlife around if you hang out a bit in the backyard, the location is quiet and very easily accessible. The only constructive criticism I would have is: - the water pressure is kinda low. Seems fine in the shower but can be a struggle in the sinks. - The fire pit had no real fire break between it and the very dry grass when we got there so we were wary to use it. There are rocks, but the grass has kind of grown in around it and it didn’t seem like it gets much use. May would have been fine but we avoided out of an abundance of caution. Great house, great host, highly recommend!

• Cozy Farmhouse

  This is such a cozy farmhouse. It's very welcoming, clean, and comfy. It's in a safe location and I was at ease during our entire stay. This property has an amazing host!!!
