Lovely Bird House
4/5 We really enjoyed our stay at the Bird House. It was very cozy with thick, fluffy towels, soft sheets and comfy beds. The kitchen was challenging for people who love to cook for themselves rather than eating in restaurants all the time. The stairs leading to the upstairs can be hard to navigate. The location in Folly is great but the no see ums are too friendly.

Perfect Perch
5/5 We flat out had a great stay. The house is set back on a street that is not busy so you can sit out anytime on the front deck and enjoy the peace and Sun because the Birdhouse is south facing. With it being so close to 4th street, it is very quick 5 min walk to the beach. And it is also very close - 2 blocks to places to eat like Chico Feo and yet with all the beautiful trees you are well away from any noise at all and you feel like there are just few houses on the street. The house is well up in the trees and canopy - the owner has kept all the trees and so it gives you privacy and beauty at the same time. Well maintained and beautifully furnished in a modern and comfortable beachy style. Wood floors of southern yellow pine I believe give this place a very classic cozy feel.

5/5 My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Birdhouse. It was walking distance to any point on the island. The house itself was adorable, and we had everything we needed from towels to dishes to laundry detergent to room to work remotely. The stairs are definitely steep and need to be used carefully, but we had zero issues going up and down those stairs multiple times a day (including after a night of drinking on Center Street). The numerous windows provided ample light and warmth on the chillier mornings. Thanks for a great week in Folly!
