4/5 The windows need a good cleaning, but that is the only negative thing I have to say.
Well appointed.
Perhaps you need to tell folks about the stairs to the bedroom - they are steep and somewhat dangerous.

Great spot!
5/5 The Birdhouse was just what we needed for a fun Birthday getaway. Close walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants, and a short drive into Charleston. We had such a great time! It was comfortable and clean, and the name totally fitting, as a Hawk greeted me one morning as I stepped out the door and we came face to face as he was sitting in a Palmetto just outside the door. Thanks so much!

Great little beach house!
5/5 We loved our stay at the Birdhouse, the size was perfect for our family of 3. The house is clean, AC worked well to keep the house cool, and had everything we needed. Just an easy 5 min walk to the 4th St access. My son loved the little bedroom. The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit steep and precarious so if you have mobility issues be careful! Would definitely stay here again!
