Wedding weekend
4/5 The house was in a great location 8min from the beach which was very nice. Stores within 10m. However there were some minor and major issues with the property. Lots of things were broken. I reached out to the guest contact mainly about our toilet not working in the master bathroom the day we arrived. He said he would contact me back about fixing it but never did. So on my wedding day every time I used the bathroom I had to take the lid off the tank and manually place the flapper in position so the toilet would not constantly run. Also all 3 sinks in the bathroom just held water none of them drained. It took hours. Minor fixes but a major bummer when you’re getting ready for your wedding

Great Price for Larger Family or Group
5/5 We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, modern and convenient for the price. We had a group of 9 females with 3 cars. It would be very tight for 5 cars. We did bring 2 air mattresses for the 2 females we couldn’t fit in a bed. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had all you need to make meals. The coffee pot was super nice and there was great air fryer. This house is 3 miles to the beach. Saturday and Sunday are high traffic days heading toward the beach, so give yourself 20-30 minutes. Don’t pay for the expensive parking on Folly. We were able to find off street parking consistently. There is a Harris Teeter across the street, but if you drive a little further there is a nice Publix, Walmart, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.

1/5 Nice house fit our needs. Only negative was dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Not a big deal just ran dishwasher.

Check in/out was a breeze!
5/5 It was so clean and comfortable and well equipped. The towels were plentiful and thick which is almost always a complaint I have at airBnB’s. The area felt safe and lovely.
