Fantastic Place to Relax
5/5 The house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. Highly recoommend it for a couple or a family. The deck even has colapsable gates that would prevent access to the pool by little ones. They seem to have thought of everything. There are 3 different family areas so the family can spread out.

Girls Trip
5/5 The house is huge and very well kept. It was in a quite location and the lake right off the back was amazing. I do agree with some of the other reviews the lawn needs watered badly.

Short vacation with family
5/5 Amazing property - great bedroom layout/floorplan. Wonderful pool and dock/lake views. We will be back next spring! Very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It was a great get away and a great property!

So peaceful!!
5/5 The house was really nice and peaceful stay. We were here for the race at Carolina Motorsports park so it was a perfect location! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! Will be staying here again! The contact person for the property responds quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right!

Pool was dirty.
3/5 The pool was not usable, it was dirty and if it was not working, we should have been notified before the rental date.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: Regarding the issue with the pool, it came to our attention that in September, there was a transition in the pool maintenance service provider. This change might have resulted in a shift in the chemical balance, leading to the problem you encountered. Furthermore, upon investigation, it was determined that there was a blockage in the filter pump. We sincerely regret that you were unaware of the pool's condition during your stay. A new company has been retained for weekly maintenance of the pool and the repair of the filter. Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant experience. We look forward to any future opportunities to host you. Thank you for choosing our property.
