4/5 The house has a good layout and is nicely furnished and decorated. The master bedroom mattress is too firm, but all other beds were comfortable. The owner is excellent and very responsive. We did have a few issues during our stay. The house on the outside did not look ready to invite guests. Vinyl sliding is dirty, porch had not been swept and tattered garden flag from the spring season. When we entered the house, it was very cold; it was 40 degrees and raining when we arrived and the heat was off. It took 5 hours for the house to warm and the house felt airy during our entire stay, even with the heat on 72 degrees. The wash machine did not go into the spin cycle and we had to wring out the load of wet clothes and could not do needed laundry. The driveway could really benefit from some type of lighting,as it is difficult to see where to turn in at night There is a really nice dock available, unfortunately it was cold and rainy during our stay. Overall a great place, we just had some hiccups to deal with.
