5/5 The highlights of our stay were the swinging benches on the front porch, walking to the nearby cemetery with gravestones from 150 years ago, and walking around the neighborhood and to downtown.

Beautiful setting
5/5 Beds were comfortable. Pleasant walk grom downtown where there is excellent food and entertainment. There is a kurig coffee maker be sure to bring kurig style coffee.

4/5 This is a very nice place for a stay in Aiken. It is located at the top of outside stairs over a wedding venue. While it is clean & comfortable, the stairs are a draw back for older folks and people needing to bring in heavy luggage especially if it is raining. Also, the stairs are a bit slick when it has rained. I Enjoyed the apartment BUT the stairs are a drawback. Just need to consider them when choosing your stay

4/5 Lovely Cottage in downtown Aiken
5/5 Well appointed, neat and clean. Close to amenities including shops, restaurants, and Hitchcock Woods. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect.
