  Our stay was fine. The house did what it was suppose to do, it allowed us to sleep, eat breakfast, and pack lunches to explore RI. The queen bed was only a double, the kitchen had enough plates & utensils for a family of 4, and there isn’t any comfortable seating. It was clean.

  Smelled like smoke and dog, hairs in the fridge and shower, missing duvet covers, linens were super cheep. For the price of the listing you would expect more.

• Not everything I expected for the price I paid

  First of all, there were NO remotes for either of the two TVs in the house. We called to report this and still never got to watch any TV the entire stay as nothing was done to resolve this issue. Also, the listing said QUEEN bed and 3 twin beds, but there was NOT a queen bed. Rather it was a double bed. And it was not on a box spring, but just setting on the frame. Not comfortable. One of the twin beds was broken in half, so my daughter fell out of the bed several times because it was tipped to one side. Finally, if you need to look in a mirror, forget about it because there is only one small mirror in the bathroom. And the bathroom door doesn't lock.

  When we first arrived the keyless entry wouldn’t work so thankfully the cleaner was able to have the owner drop one off for us in 40 mins. Still annoying but things happen. Unfortunately our interaction with him was brief but he was so unfriendly, no apology, no how can we make this better, etc.

  When you walk in the house it’s fine but it smells like someone has been smoking and has had multiple dogs in the home. Like bad.

  No duvet cover on the master bed room which is so weird, the house wasn’t very clean. Hair in the shower, hair strands in the fridge. Again the smell was so bad. Also the cupboards were just filled with random construction supplies etc. Just weird. The only reason we stayed was because we were attending a conference for 3 days and by the time we got there we didn’t have the option to change locations.

  I would not recommend staying at this place. They need a serious deep clean, reevaluate the management and maybe the owner just isn’t cut out for the hospitality industry .
