5/5 Great location for hitting the Rhode Island Beaches. I recommend taking the short drive to East Matunuck, even though Charlestown Beach is closer. The house was immaculately clean and the host was very responsive. Breezeway Grill was pretty good for staying local for dinner.

4/5 Nice neighborhood that felt residential, so it was quiet. Great location and proximity to beaches, RT 1 and trails. Good open floor plan kitchen/ living room for visiting. A beach pass would have been a plus, but it was actually too hot for beaches until after 5pm, so it worked out fine.
