If it wasn't SO loud...
3/5 This rental was beautifully decorated, sunny, very clean, lots of space and in a central location. Check in was easy, and the team was responsive when we had parking questions. During the day it is great. However it is located on top of a bar/restaurant that plays music so loudly from 6 PM to 2 AM, and with so much bass, that everything in the apartment shakes. Our listing said "you may hear music noise from the downstairs during your stay" which could hardly be more understated.
We also had issues with the internet - the TV streaming was fine but three of us had a very hard time loading anything on our personal devices either with wifi or with our normal cell service.
The stairs to the apartment are very steep and would be difficult for anyone with mobility considerations.
Stay at Atwell
3/5 Unit was set up well at first view. It is on a street with lots of restaurants. The unit was quite comfortable. Unit was clean. Problems are:1. We did not have extra trash bags or towels for a 1 week stay.2. We are not told that the unit was right above a club which went on till 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. This should have been disclosed before we booked. If you planned on sleeping before midnight you were in for a rough time.Also WIFI kept going in and out.
