  Lovely property. Lots of room, well decorated and peaceful. Location was ideal to walk into the Main Street of Federal Hill and to downtown Providence.

• Nice place, bad street

  The apartment is nice (clean, comfy beds, updated kitchen), but the building itself is not nice (run down, filthy entry, dungeon of a basement where the coin operated laundry is.) and the street is rough. We were woken up the first night by a fire alarm and the second night by a raid on the neighbor’s house and a dog barking incessantly. The cleaning crew were “stuck in traffic” so the place was not ready for 4pm check in. They offered us a late check out for the inconvenience, but we had to leave early. The communication with the property management company was good. We did walk both mornings to the lovely Seven Stars Bakery both mornings for breakfast which is a 5 minute walk.

  We had a nice time there.

  Apartment was clean an host was very responsive the couple of times we had a questions.
