Great location
5/5 As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only comment is to remove the lock on the second entry door into the kitchen because we almost locked ourselves out (you can use a tool to turn the lock from the outside, as long as you have something that fits). And guests should not have to strip beds when paying these rates. The management company should change this policy or we will not book with Evolve in the future. But we would stay here again, otherwise.
