Nice place, smaller and noisier than appears
4/5 Nice, clean home with a nicely sized bathroom! Living and kitchen areas are sufficient for 2-3 people, but will start to feel crowded with more. The house is on a busy street and vehicle noise woke me up starting around 7am every day. 20ish minute walk down to the main drag, but the house is located in an area that doesn’t have anything in the immediate vicinity of food or shops. Industrial feel to the neighborhood.

4/5 Convenient getting in & out of Newport. Very clean...did nice job updating the inside. Only negative was the Roku tv.

Pleasant Stay
5/5 This was perfect for a lower-cost housing option for a busy wedding weekend in Newport. It is on a busy road and next to a gas station, but as a heavy sleeper, no complaints. It was a quaint space that the property owner made cozy and inviting. We were greeted by snacks and all of the essential amenities. We would recommend and would return if in the area again.

Nice place/bad location
3/5 Place was very clean, nicely updated, and many thoughtful touches. It is on a very busy highway with tons of traffic with a gas station on one side and a run down house on the other. The traffic noise lasted way into the night and the house sits right up to the road.
