Charming stay...
4/5 This home has a charming and cozy 1950s feel. We appreciated the original features of the home. We also appreciated that the owners did invest in updated and energy efficient windows. The picture window views were incredible!
Good location for visiting Newport
3/5 Overall house was clean and as advertised. However, upon arrival we were unable to connect with the WIFI or get the TV to work. I reached out both by phone and email and no one responded the entire stay. We were eventually able to connect after a friend helped us out. Only one lamp in living room with no overhead lighting so rather dark. Lamp in one bedroom broken.

Newport Stay
5/5 This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.

Little home on the prairie
3/5 Small simple home. Musty smell when we arrived. Doors all stick and door knobs need fixing. WiFi worked fine. Single TV (would have been nicer if more than one when you have a family). Location is good as it is close to everything. It was OK.
