Really nice location
4/5 We spend a weekend for the Newport Folk Festival with my family (6 adults). The location is perfect, close to the beach and not far from downtown. The house is not fancy but it was everything we needed for our stay! Thanks

Great Location
4/5 Great location, but if it's hot... bring fans.. I had to go out and buy fans .. there is a stand alone portable air conditioner, but it is not made to cool a house. Some other minor things but in general , considering the location and you stay inside the house is not why you are there.... It's clean, it's close to everything... so I give it 4 stars...
