5/5 We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and the place was fantastic. David, our host was friendly and communications were clear. He was flexible about check in and checkout times. He was always available by text to answer any questions The house was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. Location was close to beach, restaurants and Cliff Walk. We plan to come back!

5/5 House was in a perfect location for our visit to the annual Seafood Festival in Newport. Restaurants and beaches within walking distance. 10 minutes to Atlantic beach and 15 minutes to Easton's beach. Tickets restaurant down the street had a great view of the beach and good food. David couldn't have been a better host, he even brought donuts for our last day.

Wonderful Location!
5/5 What a great house and location! The owner is absolutely wonderful to work with, the home is very large and spacious, perfect for a group. The location is smack in the middle between the main town area and the Newport winery, perfect spot. The views were beautiful and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Will 100% recommend and hopefully be staying here again as we have fallen in love with Newport, RI!

Great location and spacious home!
5/5 Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. This house has so much room! It’s in a great location as well, less than 10 minutes to Newport. The host, David, was extremely helpful and responsive. It’s on a busy street, but it has privacy fencing so it feels more secluded. Would definitely stay again!
