5/5 The cottage was well appointed and in a great location.
Seaworthy cottage
5/5 This cottage was cozy and comfortable for our stay in the Newport area. It's an easy walk to the beach with a water view from the back porch. We could even hear the waves crashing from the deck while having our morning coffee! I'd highly recommend this property and hope to be back again.
Cute cottage
4/5 Really cute cottage right by 1st beach. But please note, there’s no AC in the actual house just in the bedrooms and they do not cool the whole house down so we ended up staying in our bedrooms most of the time when home. Also no dishwasher. But they do have a really cute backyard and right near the beach!

Always a great stay!
5/5 This is our third stay at the cottage and we hope to go back again. Perfect location, nice yard for kids to play, and owners are friendly and great with communication.
