Great house for a group
5/5 We rented Tim and Eric's house for a wedding, and there were 8 of us in the group. Check in and check out were a breeze, and we were provided with detailed guidelines for house rules. The house was well equipped with supplies, linens, bath/pool towels, kitchen items, and we received a lovely welcome basket (wine, coffee, chocolates) when we arrived. The furniture and beds were super comfortable, and the house has mini splits to provide air conditioning. The outdoor area was perfect, with multiple seating areas and an awning to provide shade. We spent morning, noon, and night time on the outside patio. We had a minor problem with the pool, but Tim and Eric were immediately responsive and resolved the issue. We really enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located to restaurants, shops, the wedding venue, etc.....

5/5 The pictures and everything we read about the property were on target! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 7, room to spread out so we weren’t always on top of each other, comfy beds, and close to RWU/Bristol (we were there for graduation). We were just bummed the weather was so cold and rainy that we couldn’t use the pool!
Great option for multigenerational visit
5/5 Very comfortable, well stocked, as advertised! Enjoyed little touches like coffee, wine and chocolates. Hosts very responsive and welcoming. We would stay again!

Bristol Bliss
5/5 Our family traveled to Bristol for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ 70 Coggleshall. The home was exceptionally clean both inside & out upon our arrival. The kitchen was well appointed & stocked. The tvs worked well with lots of app options. All beds were comfortable & well positioned. The sunroom was a great place to work remotely as was the upstairs bedroom with desk. .The extra items, not often found in rentals, such as beach towels, toys & games were greatly appreciated by our "littles" under the age of 5. Also, the packnplay with clean sheets & highchair were a bonus.
The binder on the kitchen table contained a lot of useful information and specific instructions regarding appliances, departure instructions etc. We appreciated the labels on the cabinets in the kitchen & throughout the home.
Google was a delight especially for the children who played their favorite music often.
Tim & Eric are wonderful hosts - responsive, helpful, communicative. We look forward to returning in a different season when we can use the pool & enjoy the home again!
Family Wedding
5/5 Gathered our family from here and out of towners for a nieces wedding in Bristol. House was amazing-had absolutely everything we needed-even a porta crib for the baby. Super clean and so well appointed-top notch! Would absolutely stay again
