A great place for family or close friends
5/5 We had a great time in San Juan. The place was clean and has a great back patio and pool space. Everything worked without issue. The gates are self-locking, so it was great for feeling secure, but I can see people locking themselves out.
There are padlocks on the iron work on all gates except the front door. This meant the only way in and out was through the front door which is again great for security but made using the backyard inefficient. I think the key to the padlocks should be left for customers to open the entry/exits they are comfortable with. The one way in and out also left me wondering about fire safety. Again, allowing the customer to have access to the padlocks would fix this.
All in all, this place has a great location for restaraunts and beach access and is close enough for a quick Uber to Old San Juan and the airport.
Would consider staying again if we revisit PR in the future!
5/5 Beautiful Villa close to downtown San Juan. I would highly recommend this property if you have a larger group like we did. Plenty of accommodating beds and to hang out and relax. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home
5/5 Jean met us at the house and gave us a tour and told us about the local area which was extremely helpful during our 4 day stay. The home was perfect for our group of 9 men. Plenty of space and having restaurants within a blocks walk was great and the beach was close as well. Outside the home had plenty of space for us to sit around and talk or have quiet time alone. I recommend this home to any one looking for a safe, clean and well maintained lodging.
