Beautiful accommodations, quiet location, wonderful beach, need I say more?
5/5 First of all, thank you Victor for sharing your lovely property. The space was well equipped, the decor was updated, and the view was wonderful!
Rio Grande is convenient to San Juan (approx 30 mins), near plenty of restaurants and local sites, AND the property is wonderfully tucked back into the landscape so it feels private and protected. Set back on the beach and so accessible for lovely walks along the water. Even when it rained, we were able to sit on the covered patio, read our books and enjoy the sounds and views of the crashing waves.
I would highly recommend this property. Victor was easy to communicate with when we had a clarifying question. Easy check in and out.

5/5 The apartment was maybe 50 yards from the beach and was clean and fully stocked. The owner was incredibly responsive.

5/5 House is right at the beach in a very well maintained complex. Very safe and peaceful. Swimming pool was well kept and amazing as well. Beach is just few steps from home, you can see the beach from balcony enjoying the view. The house was very well kept and the owner was very responsive and helpful at each step of the stay. Definitely recommend.

4/5 Our 3rd stay in this area, which we like. Beach is great! Easy check in and communication.Apt was clean, although aromatics took 2 days to air out.Apt was modern, we esp appreciated newer appliances, screens, windows, and doors.Neighborhood was quiet during the week, somewhat noisy weekends with lots of yapping dogs. Most apts are owner occupied.
